This policy is written to match how VaultPro's systems actually operate today and is kept accurate as those systems change. It is pending a final review by VaultPro's business owner and Nigerian legal counsel before production launch — governing-law, dispute-resolution, and liability wording in particular.

These Terms of Use cover browsing and using the VaultPro website generally. Renting equipment is separately governed by the Rental Terms, Cancellation & Refund Policy, Delivery & Pickup Policy, and Damage, Loss & Liability Policy, which apply on top of these Terms once you make a booking.

1. ACCEPTANCE

By using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use and to VaultPro's Privacy Policy.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to create a VaultPro account or rent equipment.

3. ACCOUNT ACCURACY

You're responsible for the accuracy of information on your account and for keeping your account credentials secure.

4. ACCEPTABLE USE

Don't use this website unlawfully, attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours, or interfere with the platform's normal operation.

5. PRICING AND AVAILABILITY

VaultPro makes every effort to keep pricing and availability accurate, and reserves the right to correct errors. Prices and availability are subject to change and are confirmed at the time a reservation is created, not from an earlier view of the page.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The VaultPro name, branding, and website content belong to VaultPro Multimedia Limited. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without permission.

7. NO WARRANTIES

This website is provided on an "as is" basis. VaultPro doesn't warrant that the site will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

8. LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, VaultPro's liability arising from your use of this website is limited to direct losses actually caused by VaultPro. Final liability-limitation and indemnification wording is pending legal review.

9. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

VaultPro may decline to serve a customer who engages in abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful conduct toward VaultPro or its staff.

10. CHANGES

VaultPro may update these Terms as the platform evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws applicable in the Federal Capital Territory, Nigeria. Pending final review by VaultPro's Nigerian legal counsel before production launch.

12. SEVERABILITY

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
